A newly extended Third Party Reporting toolkit is being created by the Disability Hate Crime Network, Disability Rights UK and the Office for Disability Issues (ODI). It is based on proven success and will be tested in, and presented to, a wider range of User Led Disabled People’s Organisations (ULDPOs) across the country. To improve confidence that disabled people are being listened to when reporting a crime, and also increase pressure on police forces to work more closely with disabled people to get better and more meaningful results. The toolkit will be launched in March.
